Tuesday, October 21, 2025 The Regent of Bogor officially inaugurated the Soebianto Flyover and Pedestrian Bridge (JPO), a result of collaboration with the private sector to enhance accessibility, mobility, and public safety in Tenjo. Regent Rudy Susmanto led the official handover ceremony of the Soebianto Flyover and Pedestrian Bridge, which was also marked by a land grant signing between the Bogor Regency Government, PT Kereta Api Indonesia (KAI), and Agung Podomoro Group, held at the Podomoro Marketing Gallery Building, Tenjo, on Tuesday (October 21, 2025).

There were three main agendas during the event.

First, the inauguration of the Soebianto Flyover, a non-budget (non-APBD) infrastructure project built through the initiative and contribution of the private sector, particularly Agung Podomoro Group. The flyover has passed a feasibility test and is declared ready for public use, supporting smoother mobility for residents of Tenjo and surrounding areas.

Second, the land grant signing between Agung Podomoro Group and PDAM Tirta Kahuripan, aimed at strengthening the clean water supply infrastructure in the Tenjo area. This grant enables PDAM to expand its service coverage to local communities and new development areas.

Third, the Bogor Regency Government and PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) regarding the utilization of land around station areas. This initiative aims to organize and optimize land use surrounding nine train stations across Bogor Regency, including Tenjo Station.

This event marks a tangible step toward improving infrastructure quality, enhancing accessibility, and ensuring the safety and comfort of the community. Regent Rudy Susmanto expressed his appreciation and gratitude to PT KAI and Agung Podomoro Group for their contribution and commitment to supporting infrastructure development in Bogor Regency.

Kota Podomoro Tenjo officially conducted the handover of Magnolia Cluster residential units – Phase Two on Sunday, October 5, 2025, following the successful completion of the first phase earlier this year. Remarkably, this handover was carried out ahead of the original schedule stated in the Sales and Purchase Agreement (PPJB), which was planned for December 2025.

During the event, 14 customer representatives were invited to symbolically receive their homes from a total of 163 units ready for handover in this phase. This early delivery reflects Kota Podomoro Tenjo’s strong commitment to providing high-quality homes on time, while responding to strong market demand — as 85% of Magnolia Cluster units have already been sold.

The event marked the official opening of Alfamidi supermarket within Kota Podomoro Tenjo’s Deluxe Cluster.

Previously, Alfamidi Super had already opened in the Premium area of Kota Podomoro Tenjo. The presence of a new Alfamidi branch in the Deluxe Cluster further enhances daily convenience for residents by providing easier access to essential goods and services.
